DODO(以下「本アプリ」)は、Miyashi Apps(以下「開発者」)が提供する iOS アプリです。
(Google AdMob)
Webhook(Slack・Discord・Google Chat・IFTTT など)
(Google Firebase)
(Apple)

Privacy Policy
DODO ("the App") is an iOS app provided by Miyashi Apps ("the Developer"). Your records are stored only on your device and are never sent to the Developer.
Effective date: October 3, 2026
1. Information stored only on your device
The following stays on your device and is never sent to the Developer. It is deleted when you delete the App.
- Your records (what you did, start and end times, target times, notes, where you started)
- Your resolve (goals, resolutions, things not to do, and what to do when you can't get going)
- Settings (default target time, first day of the week, etc.)
- Webhook settings (URLs and headers, stored in the device keychain)
Only when you turn on "Record where you start", the App asks for location access. It saves the place where you started a DO (place name, latitude and longitude) with the record on your device and never sends it to the Developer (if you include the place in a webhook or calendar event below, it is sent there). This setting is off by default.
Notifications that remind you of your goals, resolutions or if-then plans after 3 days, a week or 2 weeks without opening the App are scheduled on your device. No server of the Developer is used. You can turn them off in iOS Settings › Notifications.
Only when you turn on "Add to calendar", the App asks for calendar access. It writes finished DOs to the calendar you choose and reads the calendar list only so you can pick one. Nothing is sent to the Developer (calendars of accounts such as Google Calendar are synced to that service).
2. Information sent to the Developer's server (Premium push-in)
Only when you use the feature that pushes in to-dos from a PC or AI agent, you sign in with Apple, and the following is stored on the Developer's server (Google Firebase):
- Your user identifier from Sign in with Apple (we do not receive your email address or name)
- The text of pushed-in to-dos, their estimated minutes, when they arrived and whether they were used
- A hash of your API token (the token itself is not stored)
This is used only to run the push-in feature. In Settings › Push in to-dos › Delete account you can delete all of it and revoke the link with Apple. Your records are never sent to the server, even when you use this feature.
See also Privacy and Security in Firebase.
3. Information sent to third-party services
Ads (Google AdMob)
The free version shows ads through AdMob, an ad service of Google LLC. AdMob may collect the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address, device and OS information, and ad impressions and taps, to deliver and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Premium shows no ads and does not start AdMob. AdMob's handling of information is determined and managed by Google under its terms and policies.
Webhooks (Slack, Discord, Google Chat, IFTTT, etc.)
Only if you set up a webhook, the App sends the task name and times to the URL you specify when you start or stop. Handling at the destination follows that service's terms.
Analyze with AI (ChatGPT / Claude, Premium)
Only when you send it from "Analyze last 30 days with AI", a text with each DO of the last 30 days (name, start and end time, duration, target time) and summary figures (possibly including the same 30 days last year) is passed to the ChatGPT or Claude app or website you choose. The full text is shown for you to check before sending. Notes and places are not included, and the Developer never receives this text. Handling afterwards follows each service's terms.
Crashes and usage (Google Firebase)
To fix bugs, when the App crashes, a crash report with the device model, OS version and App version is sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics. To know how many people use the App, usage data such as how often the App is opened is sent to Google Analytics for Firebase. Neither includes your tasks, records, resolve, notes or places, and neither uses the advertising identifier (IDFA). The Developer does not use them to identify you. See also Privacy and Security in Firebase.
Purchases (Apple)
Purchases and payments are handled by Apple's App Store. The Developer never receives your payment information.
Contact
Only when you send a message from the App or the support page, the Developer receives its content, your reply email address if you enter one, and the App and OS versions, device model and language. These are used only to reply.
