1. 開発者が集める情報

開発者は、本アプリを通じて利用者のプライバシーに関わる情報を一切取得していません。本アプリには会員登録がなく、開発者が運営するサーバーもなく、利用者の行動や個人情報を収集・保存・送信する仕組みは存在しません。

2. 端末の中だけに保存する情報

次の情報は利用者の端末の中だけに保存され、開発者には送られません。アプリを削除すると消えます。

• 対戦したハンドの履歴、採点の結果、レート
• 訓練の進み具合、設定(言語など)
• Jev(AI 判定)の API キー(端末のキーチェーンに保存)

3. 外部のサービスに送られる情報

広告(Google AdMob)

無料版では、Google LLC の広告サービス AdMob で広告を表示します。AdMob は、広告の配信と効果測定のために、端末の広告識別子(IDFA。利用者が許可した場合のみ)、IP アドレス、端末や OS の情報、広告の表示やタップの記録などを集めることがあります。IDFA の利用は、iOS の「App からのトラッキング要求」で利用者が許可したときだけです。設定アプリからいつでも変更できます。詳しくは Google のプライバシーポリシー と Google のパートナーサイトでのデータ利用 をご覧ください。プレミアム(有料)では広告を表示せず、AdMob も起動しません。

AdMob は Google が提供・運用する仕組みです。AdMob が集める情報の種類や、その利用・保存・第三者への提供などの挙動は Google が決めて管理しており、開発者はそのすべてを把握・管理しているわけではありません。AdMob による情報の取り扱いについて、開発者は責任を負いかねます。取り扱いは Google の規約とポリシーに従います。

Game Center(Apple)

ランキングに参加すると、演習のタイムが Apple の Game Center に送られ、Game Center のニックネームとともにほかの利用者に表示されます。Game Center へのサインインは任意です。取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシー に従います。

購入(Apple)

サブスクリプションの購入と決済は Apple の App Store が行います。開発者が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。

Jev(AI 判定)

利用者が自分の API キーを設定して「Jev で判定」を使ったときだけ、そのハンドの内容(カード、アクション、端末内の分析結果)と API キーが、GMO ペパボ株式会社の Lolipop AI ゲートウェイ(ai-gateway.lolipop.jp)に送られます。

AI に聞く(ChatGPT / Claude)

利用者が「AI に聞く」を選んだときだけ、ハンドの内容から作った質問文を、利用者が選んだ外部の AI サービス(ChatGPT または Claude)のアプリまたはウェブサイトに渡して開きます。その後の取り扱いは各サービスの規約に従います。

本アプリは子ども向けではありません。本アプリは学習用で、実際のお金を賭ける機能はありません。

1. Information the Developer collects

The Developer collects no privacy-related information from users through the App, whatsoever. The App has no accounts, the Developer runs no servers for it, and there is no mechanism that collects, stores, or transmits user behavior or personal information.

2. Information stored only on your device

The following stays on your device and is never sent to the Developer. It is deleted when you delete the App.

• Hand history, grading results and your rating
• Training progress and settings (such as language)
• Your Jev (AI judgment) API key, stored in the device keychain

3. Information sent to third-party services

Ads (Google AdMob)

The free version shows ads through AdMob by Google LLC. For ad delivery and measurement, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow it), IP address, device and OS information, and records of ad views and taps. The IDFA is used only if you allow tracking in iOS's App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can change this in the Settings app at any time. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner sites. Premium (paid) shows no ads and does not start AdMob.

AdMob is provided and operated by Google. What information AdMob collects, and how it is used, stored or shared with third parties, is decided and controlled by Google; the Developer does not fully know or control it and cannot take responsibility for AdMob's handling of information. Google's terms and policies apply.

Game Center (Apple)

If you take part in the rankings, your drill times are sent to Apple's Game Center and shown to other players with your Game Center nickname. Signing in to Game Center is optional. Apple's Privacy Policy applies.

Purchases (Apple)

Subscriptions are purchased and paid through Apple's App Store. The Developer never receives your payment information.

Jev (AI judgment)

Only when you set your own API key and use "Judge with Jev", the hand's content (cards, actions and the on-device analysis) and your API key are sent to the Lolipop AI Gateway (ai-gateway.lolipop.jp) operated by GMO Pepabo, Inc.

Ask AI (ChatGPT / Claude)

Only when you choose "Ask AI", a question built from the hand is passed to the external AI service you pick (the ChatGPT or Claude app or website). That service's terms apply from then on.

4. Children

The App is not directed at children. It is a study tool and has no real-money gambling.
